Open Science
I believe that science should be accessible to everyone, and that's why I strongly advocate for open science practices at all times. Below is a list of some of the open science initiatives I've been involved in during the past years:

I am since 2021 a member of the Credibility Advisory Board at the British Neuroscience Association (BNA), where we discuss and implement tools to make neuroscience more reproducible. In 2022 I co-organised and hosted the webinar 'How can we shift research culture to drive Credibility in Neuroscience?', and I was a member of the Open Science Poster Prize jury at the BNA Festival in 2023. Click here to learn more about the BNA efforts for improving credibility in Neuroscience.

I participated in the eLife Innovation Sprint in 2020, a world-wide collaborative event with scientists, developers, designers, data scientists and communication specialists to improve the ways we do and share research.

Also in 2020, I took part in the ASAPbio Fellows Program to get the tools to become an advocate of preprint use in Neuroscience. During the time of the program, I was involved in the creation of infographics about the benefits of preprints, I helped translating into Spanish the preprint FAQ section on the ASAPbio site and gave a small talk to the rest of the fellows on how to use social media for preprint and scientific discussions. Since 2023, I am part of the ASAPbio Crowd Preprint Review, in the Neurobiology section, to participate in and foster public reviews on preprints.
